Feel free to use our Life Coach Field Manual TEMPLATE  to help you get started. Think of your Coaching Manual as your document that explains who you are, what you do, how you do it, and why you do it. This will be your official document that you can use to publicly present your coaching business or outreach.

Feel free to change and adjust the manual template with your own title, mission statement, and summary in any way that works best for you. Since the coaching material is already embedded in the template, it already explains how you will use the tools that you have learned in your life coaching, organization, company, ministry or church. You will find that the guidance instructions are in red print, so be sure that you delete the instructions before you submit your new document.

Your Coaching Manual will be submitted to the STEP Forward Life Institute where it will be reviewed and included in your official file in confirmation that you completed this course in the process of earning your certification.
