This course provides CARE-Ready® Coaches the foundational principles for coaching, setting a healthy coach/client relationship, and how to establish the proper coaching environment.
ILLCP 92 – Emotional
Intelligence/ Listening Tools
This course will introduce innovative ideas that can assist the CARE-Ready® Coach in self-examination that can also help them guide others on their path of discovery.

Strategic Coaching Practices: Tracking Tools
Part one of this course will teach you how to "break the ice" and start building trust; how to track the progress of your participants, and stay organized.
ILLCP 93(b) Breaking
the Ice /Personality Profile and CARE-Coaching Questions
Part two of this course is designed to help you, the CARE-Ready® Coach learn more about the person you are coaching or mentoring.
ILLCP 94 - Building a
Successful Thinking Plan
This course will teach CARE-Ready® Coaches how to address mental attitudes, including cultural mentalities, and life-defeating systems of thought and conversation; showing the importance of moving with greater inner awareness that can lead to changing one's thinking patterns.
ILLCP 95 - Creating
and Adjusting a Life Plan
This course will teach the CARE-Ready® Coach how to guide others in their efforts to create a life plan while providing techniques for adjusting the plan in order to have positive results. The Coach will also learn ways to stay motivated.
ILLCP 96 - Developing Your Model
The CARE-Ready® Coach will receive guidance on how to create a Coaching Field Manual.
You will be able to schedule personal 1:1 Zoom sessions with the program
instructors throughout the course.

Program Final Exam and Project - Your Coaching Model & Field Manual
At the conclusion of the courses you will take an exam. To pass, you must score at least 70%.
You can use your notes when you take your exams.
At the end of the program, you will also be required to submit a written project.
Your written project shall be the creation of your Life Coaching Field Manual (Word document or pdf file) which will be forwarded electronically to us.
Feel free to use our Manual Template to help you get started. You will need to create your own manual title, mission statement, and summary. Then you can submit your completed project.
Upon our review and approval it will be submitted to the United Graduate College Seminary International and its accrediting entity, the United Association of Christian Churches and Ministries International.
This Life Coaching Certification is administered by the STEP Forward Life Institute™ and accredited by United Graduate College Seminary International.
