1.) Building Capacity: This course looks at what it takes BEHIND THE SCENES to launch and maintain a successful certification course.
2.) Your First Session: This course explores
the thinking behind the Story Telling and Testimonial approach to connect with and build trust with your potential life coaches.
3.) The DNA of Your Life Coaching
This course explains why the master life coach/trainer must present the foundational beliefs/ values of their life coaching model.
4) Coaching Ethics
and Standards
This course teaches the master life
coach/trainer how to best communicate the Christian life coaching industry standards of ethics and practice.
5.) Ensuring Emotional Intelligence and Personal Preparedness
This course
demonstrates how to encourage prospective coaches to adopt healthy emotional intelligence principles and overall personal wellness that will ultimately help them become better
facilitators of your coaching model.
6.)
Preparing Organized and Professional Life Coaches
This course will teach the master life coach/trainer how to start building trust; how to track the progress of their participants, how to stay organized by sending weekly reminders and follow up emails (before, during and after the program), and how to build an ongoing student certification database.
7.) Coaching Tools That We Successfully Implemented
a) Breaking the Ice /Personality Profile and CARE-Coaching Questions: This course is designed to help you learn more about the person you are training, while at the same time teaching them how to use these coaching tools.
b.) Building a Successful Thinking Plan - This course will teach Master Coaches how walk their students through the tools that they will use in helping others.
c.) Creating and Adjusting a Life Plan - This course will teach you how guide your students in their efforts to create a life plan for their coaching plans.
8.) Launching Your Coaches and Coaching Models
The course will provide guidance on how
to get your new coaches across the finish line. You will create your own Training Manual/ and produce a student Coaching Field Manual. Lastly, you will receive recommendations on
setting up online exams, student presentations, online surveys, a graduation ceremony, and more.
